Where can I get those llittle plastic washer like things that the screw and the little chrome cap fasten the grill to the radiator?

Mine are getting worn out.

greggh......they are called snap caps.  they normally come in 3- sizes:  sall/medium/large.  the ones you want are the medium ones.  usually most motorcycle shows have vendors that have them.  parts unlimited/drag specialities/chrome world all have them.  you get the plastic washer that the screw goes through, and the shiny chrome snap cap.  there are usually about 10 to a bag.

You can probably get them on the specialty fasteners isle at Lowes/Home-Depot...
