Saw some horrific video on the news and I was wondering if any of our friends in OK, AR, KS and North TX have checked in to let us know that they are OK.

Just wondering

Dallas/Ft. Worth VRCC checking in.  Don't think anybody in the group is too much worse for the wear.  Got pretty wild with civil defense sirens going off and a fantastic light show in the clouds.  Some pretty good size hail and winds for most of us.  Nothing too severe.

Ice and sirens in our neighborhood. Few more dings in the cars I'm sure, but nothing more serious than that.

There were tornadoes dancing all around in our area and we were under a warning for about 30 minutes.  Fortunately, they were not remaining on the ground, but touching down and then going back up, some didn't even make it all the way to the ground.  No serious damamge reported by anyone, but one man had a nice ride in his pickup.  It actually picked him up and then dropped him back down.  There were a couple of touchdowns near my son's place of employment...and the dingbat went outside to take pics, along with a few of the other employees!  Evidently, they all crowded in to the bank vault for a while, but with it being kind of stuffy and hot in there they didn't stay in there long and then went outside.  Sedalia, MO evidently got hit pretty hard.

All of us in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area ran out to the Dallas Cowboys stadium when the tornadoes came. Everybody knows there are no touchdowns there!!!  Sorry, couldn't resist. L
