Good morning everyone,
I am going to the Honda Dealer today to get a new set of Dunlops for the 03 standard.  Is there anything I should ask the shop to check on while they are changing the tires?  This is my Pa-in Laws bike and he is coming to pick it up Monday.  Just want to have it checked out before he takes it home. I have been riding it for about a year now and want to return it to him in great shape for riding.  Any help here would be greatly appreciated. cooldude

Just make sure the dealer lube those splines before they re-install the rear wheel. They have been notorious for not doing that, eventhough they should. Not lubing the splines results in premature spline failure.

Make sure they replace the OE 2-piece valve stems.

Grease the splines....AND......make sure they replace the three O-rings.
