Wonder what you looked like or sounded like going thru the twisties on your Valk ?  Well now you can find out , I have set up with Waterboy to place some cameras on the awsome twisties of Droop Mountian , just before our lunch stop.  He should have a still photographer at the bottom and a camera or two placed at ground level or so in some other good turns  and then at the top as we go thru the last 5 turns he will be set up running a camera to catch our fun.

Can I be a worry wart Grannie for a moment.

I've seen too many riders crash show boating for still photographers or when being followed by another bike videoing.

Just bear that in mind.

OK Grannie mode over.  Grin

By the time we get to Droop Mt. I doubt that anyone is going to be wanting to show off for the camera, besides that, half of us won't even know which mt. is Droop, we'll be going thru alot of twisties and mts. before we reach that area....just make sure your bikes are in good running order because these mts. will bring out the weakness's....don't wait to the last minute to make any major changes either...and if you intend to be riding on the edge, you're on the wrong ride, this is just a ride thru the park...nobody dies.

Good call Highbinder.  There is a time and place for everything.  Those wanting to attack the twisties need to be well in front or wait until another time.  I just want to meet everyone and create some friendships while I'm there.

Wasn't trying to set up a stunt and thrill show.....just that I and most of my riding buddies enjoy looking at pics and watching video ...weather we are sitting still all in a bunch or running straight down the road at 50 mph......Untill I started setting the pic thing up ...none of my bunch had any "In the wind" pics more less video.  Now we do......
Just didn't want it to appear that I was sitting up a suicide mission. Shucks I like the killboy pics of the in control riders as much as I do the crashes .
I have commitments Sat. afternoon anyway and wouldn't want anyone to go down . With our EMS it would take up a lot of time dealing with a crash. Grin

I just checked the National Weather Service and they are saying...hit and miss possible showers or thunderstorms 50% friday 40% saturday and 30% sunday...like Wolf says, this is normal spring weather and is the normal weather reporting for this time of year, covering their you know what.. Grin...I just hope none of this happens during the cook-out... Angry....they have been calling this all week in this area and nothing but hot weather so far... cooldude
