Doing brake work on the Fargle-snorker...replacing the wheel cylinders on the front driver's side (there are two in each wheel).

Believe it or not...this is done (see pic)...at least, done, when it's 99 degrees and the sun is beating down on everything...that tire was so hot I couldn't touch it with bare hands. So. I declared the brake work done. Or at maybe it was just me that was done...but something was done.

Was having trouble getting a good bleed on the brakes...so a little more work to do there, as well as actually bolting the tire back on...

So, I'll pick a cooler time next weekend and get "done" a little more "done".

One day I'll have a shop big enough to hold all my stuff AND it will be air-conditioned...

Phew...the hot season is here!

10-04 on the hot season.     Could have fried eggs on my driveway this morning about 9:00 AM, we were bumping 90+ degrees.    Currently at 3:45 PM it is 101 with a heat index of 109.

I'm inside where it is AC.

My mom didn't raise no firkin dummy, I just look that way.    LOL.   & act that way sometimes just to piss people off.     Right Gunny Willow?.

Until you get your shop, hunt up one of those military surplus parachutes (which always have the paracords removed so no one jumps off the roof with it  LOL).  Easy enough to drape around wherever you have to work, and at least gives you a break from the beating sun.

Build a pvc shelter and put a tarp on it plus get a fan. It works wonders just installed a generator for the whole house couldn't do the shelter thing so I also was out in the sun it stinks.

I know the feeling, removed 70 foot of 6 foot tall viburnum hedge, and replaced it with a Gothic fence, 91 to 92 here, thought I was going to fall out a couple times. Most work I have done in a while, just lack another 6 foot and it is done.
