One of the beams from the towers will be in Angola Ind, (NE Ind) on friday July 1nd. It will then have a mc escort to Elkhart Ind Sat July 2rd at 10:28 as its final destination. They are estimating 15,000 bikes, a 50 mile long escort. We plan on being there and may spend the night before. Hope to see other VRCC'ers, (attn John Peebles ) there. I'll have more details later on. Line up at Scotts parking lot in Angola 630a-1020a. Will be in Elkhart by 1230p

CORRECTION: Fudgie, you're correct on the day but wrong on the date. It's on Friday for sure, but the date is July 1st.

Thx six2go, didnt have my duty calender on me so I thought I'd wing it. bigdog, I'd say 8 or 9a unless you want to be in front or last, depends on how you like to ride in a small group. lol I get off work that morning at 7 and would leave home by 8 to get there by a little after 9. Unless I get a late run, which is why I may take the day off and spend the night up there. I'll know more in the morn. Be good to see you guys again, its been a year.

Exit 148 in Angola. Drive approx 3 miles to town and there will be a round about. Turn left (north) on N Wayne St/ St Rd 127. Approx 5 miles the parking lot will be on the left. There is a Rural King near it. Fast food joints on the right. If anyone wants to meet up, there is a Gas America at exit 148. I'm thinking 830-9ish. Or sooner. bigdog looks like US 6 would be a good road for you to come over on. Its nice and straight. Just a few towns on it but surface is good. Weather. Eh, 1 station says 60% rain and another says slim chance. Both agree on 92 deg.

Made it home. Had to cut out early cause Kit was gitting sick from the heat. What a ride tho! They say 12-13,000 bikes. Even saw a few Valks. That many bikes doing a 2 hour-60 mile parade made the butt a little sore. Plus it was 92ish out. Saw a sign near home that said 96. Good thing is the guy in front of me go his ugly mug in every camera photograph along the route. J&D Peebles, bigdogg, it was good seeing you all again.
