Replaced the rear pads and used a spray-on anti-squeal product. Getting a squeal at very low speeds in the final few feet when coming to a stop. Either I didn't coat the back of the pads heavily enough, or the product simply sux. (BTW - OEM pads on OEM rotor)

Any suggestions for a different product, or just recoat with what I've got?

You may have a contaminant on the surface of the pad.  Remove the pads and work the braking surface over with some emery cloth, reinstall and give it a go.

Some people buy the IS rear pads for their tourer or standard because they a a couple bucks cheaper, but the standard pads have an anti squeal pad......I agree with above....clean all that junk off and make sure you have the right parts

I bought the pads for a std, not the IS pads. I'm assuming the anti squeal pad to which you refer is the thin aluminum (looking - don't really know it's composition) plate on the back of the pad. My new ones came with those.

Thanks to both responses. I'll remove, clean the surfaces and reinstall.

Should also be a white soft padding underneath that thin metal...between it and the back of the pad. I always use some of the Anit Sqeal red goop, I don't use the spray on. Stuff I use comes in a plastic squeeze bottle, used it on cars and bikes for years.
