I'm looking at purchasing a set of pod fog lights. Anybody got information on Valkyrie Bling & more vs OEM lights? Talked to Mike today and he suggested letting the board do the comparison...

1st off, ya got to find the EOM's, they are not being produced by Honda anymore.
So you would be comparing used vs new, no comparison, buy Big Mike's and get it over with.

Thanks RJ, but mike has a set of his and a new set of OEM. there is a considerable price difference. Just wondering if the price difference is justified or is it some people just can't live without OEM stuff..

From what I've seen of Mike's knock-off's you can't tell the difference however I've never rode either at night

Ask Mike! I am sure he will tell you. Nice guy easy to work with. Bought some wheels off him a few years back. Mike if you are reading this I would still like to pick up some replacement fog light rubber boots (Blue ones).

I bought a Hondaline set from Mike a few years ago when I had my 2000 Interstate. Excellent product and dealing with Mike is always a pleasure.
Last year I bought a set of Mike's lights for my 99 Interstate. Frankly, Mike's are a bit easier to install and look identical to the oem set. I used the 35w bulbs just as Mike suggested. Can't imagine paying more for an oem set now that Mike has his available. The term; 'more money than brains' comes to mind for those who would pay the extra for the oem Hondaline set. But, as always, Mike will gladly take your order, regardless of which set you buy. And yes, dealing with Mike is always a pleasure.
All the best,
Mark
