Working on rebuilding carbs.  Taking my first one apart for cleaning and found that this brass nipple (I'm sure there's a proper name...) under the air-cut off valve seems loose.  I would have expected it to be solid, but it wiggles.  When I take my next carb apart I'll know if it's the same, but I wondered if anyone could tell me if this is normal?  Thanks - Al

Thanks - Al

Ok, should have looked a bit more before asking Smiley.  It is simply held in the hole by an o-ring.  Comes right out.
I'm sure I'll be back with a real question later in this process...  Thanks - Al
