I beat anorexia!  No, seriously, I eat less than the men that work for me.  Some are skinny, some are normal, and I am fat.  Go figure.  We work together doing the same things burning about the same calories.   Some of our bodies are simply more efficient at storing energy.  I dont snack.  I dont eat candy or any other indulgence on any kind of regular basis.  I drink lots of water because I like it.  Hardly any diet soda and NO regular soda.  Some of us are simply wired different and its a struggle.  When I was a Marine, I had to work out EVERY day to keep my body weight down.  When I got out, 30+ pounds fell on me like it was dropped out of a truck.

I was 6' ans 250 lbs when I was 12 y ears old.

I was 324 BEFORE I joined the Navy.  I got down to 280 to enlist and came out of boot camp at 255.  I stayed 265-280 until I broke my back... then WHAMMY up to 375.

Down to 315, 325, 315, 325 for 10 years.  Then... 346.  Crap!  Somethings gotta change.  Down to 328 in less than a month and the goal is 280.

This sucks!

I was 320 back in February, now 255.  Going down to at least 200.  Never give up!
