That auction claims to be for progressive air shocks, in a 440 box, but the picture is a set of Works Steel Trackers and the description fits (progressive doesn't set up for rider weight, but Works does):

I see they updated the listing, it now says Works, older style Works with nitrogen charging nipple, but Works.  Good price.  That is a $500 shock.
