IZ Room Confirmations

ALL Inzane XI room confirmations have been emailed to attendees that have reserved a room for the event. If you did NOT receive a confirmation email this weekend, we do NOT have a room reserved for you!  All rooms not reserved will be released back to Shanty Creek and will be made available to the public tomorrow afternoon.  If you did not receive a confirmation and you believe that you should have a room, or if there is any discrepancy in the information, please email me at motomama.vrcc@gmail.com immediately so I can get it taken care of.  After rooms are released, I cannot guarantee you will be able to get a room at Shanty Creek.  You will still register and make your room reservation at the time of registration, but it will take me up to the following business day to confirm the room.

In addition to tomorrow being the release date for rooms, it is also the deadline for EARLY Registration!  After tomorrow, you will no longer receive the free Joe Boyd t-shirt when you register!

That could be a problem, or you may have motomama blocked by your spam filter.

Get an email out to be certain.

Don't forget that midnight tonight is the deadline for Early registration which includes the FREE Joe Boyd t-shirt, as well as the cutoff for having to relase the remainder of our room block back to Shanty Creek!  I just got off the phone with them, and they informed me that they do have a waiting list for people wanting to get in to Shanty Creek that week!  So, if you want a room, you need to get it done ASAP or we CANNOT guarantee there will be any available at ground zero!
