I hope everyone can stay out of this guy's way. It looks like he has a free pass to do whatever he wants.

He understood enough to know that he stole gas and had to run away. He also understood enough to pass a drivers test, I will assume he had a drivers license. Understand he should spend the rest of his life in a mental hospital. Not free to roam the streets again.

My question is, if he’s too mental from a brain injury to he held responsible for killing a guy on a cycle, how is he able to drive a car??

Really, you drive in large cities anywhere and can still ask this with a straight face? It is obvious to me that having a +IQ is not a requirement to drive anymore.

My understanding was that he was shot in leg and head during shoot out with cops when he was taken into custody afterwards. Taxpayers paid for them bullets and all he got was brain damage ? I'd want a refund ! They could not finish the job because once he breaks the law he has more rights to protect than the rest of us !

The woman in the Buick that took chunks of my skull was legally retarded and receives monthly disability checks because she can not make decisions on her own. But her drivers license is valid

What pisses me off is the fact that this do not SURPRISE me at all. Anger yes sadness yes want to do that person severe bodily harm yes-but no surprise. I posted earlier some where about the fact that we keep putting convicted drunks back to driving. The fact that a killer is being kept alive on the states dime(insert your own adjective here) rankels my feathers no end. Prove that your an idiot and you get off. Don't look at all good fer law abiding citizens at all. Course-that ain't news either. Firkin politicians and lawyers. To our lawyer friends on the board-hopefully this ain't directed so much at you as it is your profesion. Kinda like durn truck drivers or durn sales clerk. Twice in one day!! O-k rant off. RIDE SAFE.

I think either somebody forgot they're double-tap training or it's one more example of why the 9mm can't really replace the 45acp.

NO NO NO Roadkill, he was in this shootout like 10 years earlier. He surrendered peacefully when they trapped him this time, no gunfire, no rough house either. They knocked on his door, his mother answered, they told her who they wanted, she called him and he came to the door. Was arrested on the spot, no problem. He was like 16 back in the shoot out.
