 i order parts from them like 300.00 dollars worth of parts sent out the same day for me. when the brown tk showed up with package box was smashed. open it nothin in it i mean nothin .. call direct line chris said new one going out today he will deal with ups . got it next day .  awesome service thanks directline..           thanks eric  cooldude
