Years ago a rider from North Carolina came to a couple of my fall color rides in Robbinsville, NC . He had these Kawasaki saddlebags on his Valk and they looked pretty good. Just saw these on the Knoxville, Tennessee craigslist and thought I'd share....Decent price IMO.

I've always loved the looks of thse bags. If I did not have a tourer already I would be after those.

A Valk would look fantastic in those colors, too.

Great looking bags but.... a friend of mine bought a new Nomad (05 I think) & he said the bags leaked from day one. Several trips back to the dealer were no help.  Sad
Personally I'm not fond of side loader bags.

My 82 CBX had, I guess "side loader" hard detachable lockable bags, I liked them better than these top loader saddlemen I got, I could strap items to the front and back and not have to dig down through them to find something

Yep that's it Mike thanks for the picture ...I'm pretty sure his name was Steve and can't remember his VRCC handle . I've not seen him on here since we went to this new board.
