Hi all,


I lost the wire hook up for the Blinker Buddy on my Ultimate Seats I bought in March of 2008.  I emailed Des yesterday morning and asked if he had them.  I live in Toms River, NJ.  I get home from work today the UPS envelope is at my door.   Overnight service on his dime.

That's the difference between good and great service.

Thanks Des for a great product and excellent support !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've also dealt with Des and his staff. Other companies should take a lesson from Ultimate regarding customer service!  cooldude

I have purchace three seats from Des, starting back in 2001 and have always received great service. I still have his first series seat for my I/S and it is still in good condition.
