Well I didnt think I would ever do it, I've had it bout 8 years and just came back from great trip out west on it, but I'm putting my trike  (99 interstate and 2002 lehman conversion) up for sale. Only 37,994 miles and no dings, scratches, etc. Perfect in every way.  Still keeping my 98 tourer though, so I will still be a proud valk owner since 1999.  Its on ebay and i will try the classifieds.  Thanks

Interesting that you are selling the Trike and keeping the Tourer..... especially after having the trike for 8 years.  I would think it might be the other way around (we are getting older instead of younger afterall).

I have never really rode a Trike, except very briefly many years ago in a parking lot just around a building one time.  I didn't get the real feel for it, but based on that brief ride, I was not excited about it.  However.... as I said "we are getting older", self included and I wouldn't mind hearing more about riding a Trike or even getting a good road test on one.   Any info you or others can provide might be helpful to those considering such an option.

Edit... I now see yours...

well, I'm not exactly out of the trike business, I bought myself a 2005 goldwing trike with a eurowing kit.  Altogether different, they change the front end as well as the rear end. Car tire on front as well as rear.  google Eurowing to see one.  It rides smooth as silk.

Hmmmm.... that is interesting, especially the front end area (exposed springs and CT on front).  Those pics were not that detailed... care to provide some better ones here, or send me via email?

Significant differences between a so called standard Trike like your Valk and the new one?

yea, I had seen those, good pics.  I like my wheels better.  i think the front end looks great, but the handling is even better!  And i like getting 70k out of a front tire!

Thanks for the thought Joe. My buddy called me and found and bought a Goldwing trike. Wished I had the extra money. Sure would look good in my shop.

That's definately interesting.

I saw this awhile back and thought it was cool,

Might be a fun alternative to a trike :

Joe, its killing me to let it go, I keep feeling like I'm letting part of the family go. Especially after the good ride out west we just had, But the test ride on that eurowing just sold me.  Anyway, I'm not going to let go of the 98 tourer I bought off of T-Bird a couple of years ago.  I will still be a valk owner
