Got this thing all together, and it wont run. Spark GOOD, completely cleaned the carb, took it ALL apart, soaked it in chemdip and reassembled it. Have been kicking this thing over for hours, and the only way I can get it to fire is to pour gas into the sparkplug hole. then it fires and dies immediately. I'm sure its something stupid, I just can't think straight as I've been banging my head on a wall with this thing.... Know you know why I ride HONDA!!!! tickedoff tickedoff tickedoff

I had a dirt bike that did the same thing, found out that the kill switch was grounding out and kept it from running. Just a thought.....

You probably still have clogged jet in the carb. I went through a Mazda carb and rebuilt it 3 times before "drilling" out the jet with a fine wire.

Just a thought but it has happened to me more that once. The exhaust pipe on a small 4wheeler (50cc) was plugged up by dirt dabber. The bike would start or try to start but not run. I found it by accident while checking the valves to see if one was sticking, I had the pipe off and hit the starter button and it fired to life, I pushed the pipe back on and it started to die. I had cleaner the carb at least three times pri to this with no results as for as running. Also check the vent tubing as they get plugged by mud and can give you a fit.

Them damn dirt dabbers (AKA: Mud Dobber, LOL 2funny) have a tendancy to plug Sh!t up. Did you blow out all the lines coming off the carb?what about float level? I am sure you checked that but then again we all miss stuff every so often.
