 As it should be..........

Polk County Florida Sheriff - "You kill a policeman it means no arrest...no Miranda rights...no negotiations...nothing but as many bullets as we can shoot into you...PERIOD."

POLK COUNTY FLORIDA SHERIFF, GRADY JUDD

An illegal alien, in Polk County , Florida , who got pulled over in a routine traffic stop, ended up "executing" the deputy who stopped him. The deputy was shot eight times, including once behind his right ear at close range. Another deputy was wounded and a police dog killed. A state-wide manhunt ensued.

The murderer was found hiding in a wooded area. As soon as he took a shot at the SWAT team, officers opened fire on him. They hit the guy 68 times.

Naturally, the liberal media went nuts and asked why they had to shoot the poor, undocumented immigrant 68 times.

Sheriff Grady Judd told the Orlando Sentinel: "Because that's all the ammunition we had." Now, is that just about the all-time greatest answer or what!

The Coroner also reported that the illegal alien died of natural causes. When asked by a reporter how that could be, since there were 68 bullet wounds in his body, he simply replied: (BEST QUOTE ever) . . .. "When you are shot 68 times you are naturally gonna die."

This one actually passed the Snopes test... and is true. A little variation here and there from what really happened, but close.

Another a law enforcement officer losing his life to some scumbag (happening WAY too much lately).

Seems like the Sheriff is a "cop's cop"... that is pretty rare these days as well.

Here is another fine example of some within law enforcement brass telling it like it is:

Background: San Francisco Police Officer Nick Birco was killed July 26, 2006 when his police car was struck by a stolen van occupied by suspects who had just comitted an armed robbery and were being pursued by SFPD units. This video was of a press conference given by a member of the SFPD brass.

Sheriff Judd is pretty well thought of all through middle Florida.
He works to be "politicaaly correct" in interviews but has zero BS about him.

Good for the cops, it sounded like the scumbag deserved just what he got.

Let's just hope they always get the right guy.  Emotions run high sometimes when they are tracking a cop killer, so whatever they decide to do while venting their frustrations into the suspect is viewed as acceptable.

Don't let this be a guide for regular people seeking revenge on say, the murder of one of your family members.  You'll be viewed as a vigilante.  You'd be dead wrong tracking down and executing the guilty person.

If the courts dealt with unrepentant, career criminals better, maybe the cops wouldn't think they needed to "take the law in their own hands."
