Give her a little time, she's only been here a week or so.  Year and a half old, apparently has been passed around lately.  She's got a home, now.  Well, here and the boarding kennel .... the dogs all go to the kennel on Monday, 'cause we're off to Cheaha!

that's right....see ya' in  a couple of days Phyllis....ride safe. Susan will be moving out (thought i'd NEVER hear myself say that!!!!!!!!!) in August...and starting with the Rune Rally in September...we'll have to either board em'....or see if we can drop them off with Susan at her new place.....when we can't take em' with us..........

in the past (and up till August), she's always there at home to watch em' if we can't bring em'. Cheaha doesn't allow pets....except in just certain cabins and chalets....so the girls don't get to go up there. Plus, Susan IS coming to Cheaha....so the dogs will have to go to the kennel this time!!!!!!!

I'm very lucky to have a great kennel available.  The dogs love it there, the cats weren't really happy about it (they were boarded after Hurricane Ike while the house was under construction), and the birds seemed to have had a good time as well (also after Ike).
Sometimes I think the dogs are happier there than at home -- more people to pay attention to them!!  I'm sure Cocoa Puff will soon discover the delights of having so many servants at her beck and call!

Well I guess I'm going to call mine Honey. This way i can always say I'm going for a ride with my Honey.
Took her for her first Valk ride. She did good. I bought one of those papoose carriers. after a little while she was almost out of it getting some wind in her face.
Took the ride very well.

she jumped off my recliner and started limping around on her back, right leg...she's still limping on it today, but she will let us check it out and doesn't yip like it's hurt or anything??...I may have to take her to the Vet tomorrow and let them see what might have happened to it??...maybe she just sprained it, or bent it the wrong way??..She's 8 yrs old this year.....

Here's the man of our house!  Chong!

All of our dogs have come from the Animal Shelter where Kendall works ... each of them have a story and if we hadn't taken them they would have been put down.

Chong is mostly blind and about 1/2 deaf.  He is a sweet dog & the grandbabies love him.  He seems to be pretty fond of them too  Cool

Everyone of your dogs are beautiful!

By the way RAMBO weighed in at 32.3 pounds yesterday at 3 1/2 mo old.
When we got him he weighed 7 pounds and learned to play with Holly.
Now we have to keep him away from Holly because he hurts her.
