HMMM, I just went to place an order, and at checkout it said $200 minimum for discount.  I'm sending an email to these folks. I'll get back to you.    tickedoff

I emailed HDL last night after attempting to order some parts, though the discount would not apply since the order was for less than $200 even though the email specified the order amount had to only be more than $100.   I went back online just now and ordered the same two parts, and the discount was applied for my $132 purchase.  Guess they got the message...    cooldude   cooldude
