Whether you choose to keep it stock or you’ve got to customize…..what’s that one thing?

That one thing you’ve wrestled  Sad over…or are considering but can’t pull the trigger on…..that one thing?   Undecided  (Perhaps it’s the $$$moola that’s stopping you, or it’s that you don’t have the time……or you’re just not sure about the look but you can’t stop considering it).

Maybe it a chrome bolt….maybe it’s a new paint job……doesn’t  matter.  For me, it’s the Woody’s fairing,  I’m just wrestling with the traditional look of the Valk and whether I’ll be happy if I go there… What about you?

I've got mine pretty much blinged out however I wish I had got some custom wheels back in the day when they still made them...Go for the Woody I've seen several Valk's with them and all look outstanding. His attention to detail would be hard to beat plus you get some awesome tunes to boot. It's only money ...You Can't Take It With You And It Ain't Gonna Do You No Good Dead  cooldude

Bobbing the rear fender was hardest for me....I put it off and changed nothing until I wrecked her. Now it is NO HOLDS BARRED ! Now I have a mile of dark side tire showing and added an IS fairing to my tourer !!  It changes every week too !    cooldude

Phew-iffin money(o-k dream time HUGE) was not a problem-a really good seat-the best naturally-an original honda C B radio-new wait one thing-durn-seat. Most likely the russell day long. But if the money were not an issue-well got a long laundry list. 2funny I do have a tendency to dream large. cooldude RIDE SAFE.

I want to black out all the chrome except the engine, wrap headers and flat black ceramic the covers.  Remove the license plate assembly and clean up the rear.  All this followed by new paint.  I want to pull the trigger but starting intimidates me.  Maybe this winter.

I just wanna get all the parts to finish the drag-bar installation. That would make me happy right now.

But I can't help thinking that a supercharger would be pretty bitchin. That's down the road a ways though.

Other than a few bolt-on goodies, I moved the oem horn from the factory location. Stock location seemed like an after thought for the designers. Fits nicely on the left side where the oem gas valve use to be. Not losing sleep over doing anything else other than keeping up with wear and maintenance items. Ymmv,

I don't have a "one" thing.  I've got a bunch of things.....

I'm stock-piling parts now for a complete make-over for the chubby chick.  Some things I've already got piled up waiting for me to install are.....

Complete new set of tins (all black)
Woody's Fairing
Mustang saddlebags (studded)
Harely Heritage leather trunk (also studded)
Mustang tank bra with pouch (studded)
Kury clutch-side switch block
New driving lights for the engine guard
New Cobra driving lights for the light bar
Sony Stero/mp3 player
Speedo and tack relo kit
New fuse block with relay
Clear turn signal lens
Clear run/brake lens with led replacement light
Adjure 7" Iron Cross headlight

and several other chromed nic nacks and electrical goodies.

If all goes to plan, the make-over will start in about a month from now.

$$ is stopping a charger
not wanting to look less sporty is stopping a woody
not seeing a real sport fairing on a bike stops that
$$ is going to getting sugar_cookie on 2 wheels after talking to the other gals at Inzane

I think I'd like to replace my Memphis Shades with a stock Tourer windshield - I've been told by quite a few, it's a BIG difference, and worth it. I don't mind the MS, so can't justify the stock hardware/Clearview screen.

Oh well, pretty much everything else, I've done.

Yep... same here.  I have the solo rack that matches my saddlebag racks and a Mustang Solo Bib to go under it...can use the Ultimate seat in the solo mode anyhow and already have the fender tail light installed..... it's just getting motivated to do it.  I like the trunk too... so it would have to be convertible option.  Sounds like a winter project.....

Lots of things, some I have and haven't installed yet. If it's nice enought to work on her, it's nice enough to ride.

One big improvement? Spoked wheels and white walls.

For me, it was either a fairing or raked triple trees. Shorter shocks made some difference. My kids gave me money to shut me up and it was enough for the Memphis Shades fairing with the tall windshield. I had it painted stock colors and love it. Great to ride behind and/or in the rain.

I'd be happy with chrome tranny covers!

Would also really like luggage racks for the I/S trunk and hard bags.
