I am the President of our neighborhood HOA so it is my nature to go check things out when i see police and fire personnel in the neighborhood when I get home.  Apparently this car went through about 500 feet of field after leaving the road.  He launched over a fence, over the deck and into the house.  Car went through the fireplace and finally out the front.   The drunk says he was trying to avoid a deer.   BS.  The speed limit where he left the road 35.  You do not travel that far in a field at that speed.  I hear the police estimated his speed at 105.  We lost a neighbor this evening, he was sitting in his living room watching TV.  I find myself extremely saddened, pissed and dumbfounded.  You just never know.

Life without parole sounds about right to me. Give him some time to think about it.

I think I should have no other mortal wants, if I could always have plenty of music. It seems to infuse strength into my limbs and ideas into my brain. Life seems to go on without effort, when I am filled with music.
