...might be me. i'm doing a scouting trip for the Rune Rally in Erwin in September. I'm taking the Valk (for the luggage)...going up into NC...on the blueridge...to Maggie Valley....then on to Erwin, TN on Thursday. Friday i'm going to Asheville...then Blueridge...then back to Asheville to Hooters...then back to Erwin. Saturday....going to Grandfather mountain and Boonesville, NC....then back to Erwin.

Sunday coming back home via Knoxville and Chattanooga route..........

if ya' see a red and white on that route....wave........

281 north from Hwy 64 watch for gravel on the lower section
215 north from Hwy 64 is smooth blacktop all the way up to the BRP - zoom zoom zoom. The other side of the BRP is still as rough as ever.
