Little Buddy ( Eric ) came down to The Great State Of Tennesssee from Cumberland , Maryland to have Lucky 13 ( Gordon ) install a set of custom pipes he had built for his Interstate. The exhaust system sounded awesome if you've heard the dragon pipes that will give you a idea of the sound.

Gordon finished the build and install around 10:00 last night and I talked them into going for alittle adrenaline rush across The Dragon at night. We made it as far as The Pit Stop at US 129 and Hwy 72 when the lightning ahead of us was becoming more intense and we knew we was ridin' toward the belly of the beast. When we pulled over Eric got on his Dick Tracy phone and pulled up the doppler we turned and ran from the severe thunderstorm at that point. We took Eric and his ridin' buddy Todd by The Super 8 in Knoxville and soon as we pulled out of the parking lot it hit. We waited out the worse part in a closed down gas station and made it on back home without getting too wet.

Eric's Head looks slimmer in that photo.

Wow and no honorable mention of Big AL bringing the Pizza for the Wrench Party.

I enjoyed the fellowship and the short 100 mile ride.

Wished I had remembered my Rainsuit Topcoat.

It was still hanging up drying from the last Turd Floater Gordon, Greg ANd I went for a ride in.

That's a fine picture of Al, but could we get a better shot of the blue and cream with the Interstate fairing and pods?

Sorry for the misconception.  It looked from the pic like someone had done an extensive conversion on a Standard.

Way to take that pizza to the mat, Al.   cooldude

It was beautiful friday night with a big full moon and it's beautiful again tonight ( Sunday )with a big full moon....It came a turd floater the night you came to the hood  Angry  Sure wish we could have made a pass or two in the dark at The Dragon but that place is dangerous enough at night without adding pouring rain , wet roads and poor visibility. Good seein' you again Little Buddy the exhaust sounded great  Smiley
