I was there for a conference with the MN Pollution Control Agency. There were a couple of other conferences going on the same day. I stepped out for a break  and saw a Black and Red I/S parked in the lot. I was wondering if it belonged to anyone in the group. If so, sorry I missed the chance to say Hi! btw Willmar is a nice little town, very nice people, kinda like the people in the VRCC!!
