The Lemont risers works well with the stock cables. Some has put the 6" deuce risers and rerouted the stock cables. I tried rerouting mine, but they kept on binding on me. So I ordered new cables. Only need 2" longer than stock for good operation of the deuce  risers. I think direct line parts  still sells the lemont risers.

I put these on only because I was curious if risers would help my carpal tunnel, and I didn't want to spend a lot if it didn't.  They work well, and I did not have to re-route anything.  Although I will say that the throttle cables can not go a millimeter farther.

+1, works well for me and keep the stock appearance with little installation effort.
