The fact that they done a DAMN GOOD JOB is evident in the very fact that so many of these fine machines are still on the road all over the world. coolsmiley We have riders on this board that have 100000 200000 300000 and 400000 miles and more on these dragons of ours!! uglystupid2 I hope when i'm taking my dirt nap she has an owner that loves her as much as i do. cooldude I do not profess to know how legends start-maybe-just maybe we have a little of the correct makins in these machines we have chosen to ride. 2funny Then again-maybe-just maybe-they chose us. uglystupid2 But i'll leave that to others. laugh RIDE SAFE.

Even though I don't own and can't ride the Valk anymore, the Honda plant and the Buckeyes did one helluva good job in building her!

Of all the motorcycles that I owned, including the present Vstrom, nothing, and I mean NOTHING compared to my Valk.

Not sure,  could have been either -- I wanted to get a pix of her with the bike but she moved faster than the thought occured to me and I did not have the heart to ask her to walk back to the bike.
