How does one get a rebuilding kit for the petcock.  Could someone tell me the brand name and order part number.

Go to hdlparts.com, parts finder. The part your looking for is:
05 COVER SET,rooster
16953-MBZ-B51  (replaces 16953-MV9-000)  001 $37.55 $28.91

Put your money and time in a manual Pingle valve and forget it. you just have to remember to turn it off and on. Just my two cents, there are many posts about this subject here. It's up to you.

If you decide to rebuild the OEM petcock, order a screen as well, they don't come with the cover set.
