(Cross posting to the national board)

I hope Smokin Joe doesn't charge me royalties for using his "Watch them grow" title, but I figured it was time to give an update on our triplets...

(Original thread here - http://www.valkyrieforum.com/bbs/index.php/topic,29570.0.html )

When I last posted about 'em, they were just coming home... They've now been home well over a month, they're a little over 9 weeks old now. They had a checkup with the pediatrician today, they're all doing great and growing like weeds...

Kaelynn: 21.25" & 7lbs, 12oz. (Birth 3 pounds 10.12 ounces and 16 1/4 inches long)
Brian: 21.75" & 8lbs, 12oz. (Birth 4 pounds 1.6 ounces 16 1/2 inches long)
Blake: 21" & 7lbs, 8oz. (Birth 2 pounds 15 ounces, 16 inches long)

And a few more recent pictures...

(We're taking pictures of 'em next to specific stuffed animals for scale to help judge their growth over time)

Kaelynn:

Brian:

Blake:

All together now!

Spousal unit made an interesting discovery... She is able to gather all 3 of them up into her lap at once. However, she then can not get up and put them back. So she hollered for me to help her; I being the good husband that I am saw the predicament she was in and did what any good husband would do... I grabbed the camera!

Big sister Kali just started 3rd grade, but is still enjoying spending time with her new siblings and helping out however she can...

...cheering on their growth...

And while I was taking pictures of the triplets, Hank became very curious as to what that flashing box was I was holding and just had to stick his nose into the proceedings...

Hmmm, you may be on to something there... They do say owner's tend to look like their dogs...

Nope, I'm not just seeing it... I wouldn't wish that on the poor dog!

We're still hoping they're healthy enough to make it down to Friendswood come April... That's still in RSV season, so we'll hafta play it by ear, but I sure would love for 'em to join us down there for their 2nd GOTF! (I'm counting this last one in utero dangit!)

Great looking family you've got there and getting big fast.  But, I keep wondering what it would be like to have three teenagers all at the same time, same day, and for 7 years running!
