you could get half your money back by selling the saddlebags, rails, and windshield....the rest would make nice spares....

Looks like a pretty good buy to me. 43,000 miles is barely broken in good. Bought my I/S with 59,000 6 yrs ago now 136,000 and running like a bat out of he##.
