Nothing beats a 6-pack!

Regardless of your political viewpoint, 9-11 was the most devastating thing to happen to the USA since World War II, as far as I'm concerned. I can, in no way, imagine the weight thrust upon President Bush's shoulders. Or ANY one persons, for that matter.

National Geographic is having an interview with President Bush, which I think anyone and everyone should watch. The leader of the free world, when that "free world" changed permanently.

I would NOT have wanted to be in those shoes. Those that know me, know that I am not a big Republican or President Bush fan, but I think the United States pulled together, in a way unheard of since December, 1941. And I think President Bush acted honorably in pulling the people together, and I am looking forward to tomorrow night's interview. Partisan though I am, this night party politics will be put aside. Happenings down the road, not so happy with, but it will be nice, to see the President's opinions of what went right, what went wrong, and why what was done, was done, in the short term post-9/11. I remember sitting in front of the TV, although I was supposed to be at work, with tears running down my face. I really don't think I could have driven myself to work, anyway.

I still feel a pang in my heart, when I see a movie, pre-9/11, that shows the Towers, and New York skyline.

We all have different opinions and feelings on Osama Bin Laden, and his demise, but the world is a better place, regardless of how it came about.

Here's a link to the information on the interview: Remembering 9/11
