I didn't want to threadjack Doogie's thread about rescuing a botched attempt of a wheelchair adapted Valkyrie, but in light of that thread, I've had these pictures on my computer for years, never have found any more info about them, who did it, if they're still riding it, etc, but I've always thought the pictures are amazing... Any chance anyone else has any further details on this conversion?

Per usual, I have no useful information.

I think that your picture is a much better wheelchair rig than the botched attempt in the other thread. It is better thought out. This strikes me as one of those projects that sounds easier than it is. A trailer set up (like the poor example) sounds good but becomes unworkable quickly because you have to have a high ramp that folds and can be worked by the driver and you have to keep the chair locked into place and...and...and...

Most bikes I've seen set up for wheel chairs use the side car driver approach. I have seen several that look similar to that design. A guy in town rode a Yamaha that we set up like that. He had found the instructions on the internet.

Anything to keep on riding.

That is a nice example.

I like the front loading trunk on the side car chariot. I like the windscreen too. It looks well thought out.

I still think that everyone should watch the seeker because it is a well made movie about a guy riding a motorcycle no matter what. It is an enjoyable documentary. The main guy in that movie also found the directions online if I remember correctly.

This was something I've looked into in the past. I am not affiliated with any of these companies, but hope that you can find something useful herein. The choice of manufacturer and design usually depends on what the individual can and cannot do with their own mobility.

Conquest seems to keep popping up, but my personal taste is for the type of sidecar rig shown by Serk. It just looks better to me. It is out there somewhere.
