Has anyone had any experience importing a Valk from Canada to the US? I am moving permanently and cannot get the required letter from American Honda regarding Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards. Even though the bike was built here, and is identical to US models except for the speedo, they will not put that in writing. I am OK on emissions, as the EPA lists all 1998 bikes sold in Canada as meeting US standards.
