Thinking about Chili Pepper the other day.
As I was beating on the trailer hitch on my truck. Surely this thing can not be that rusty. That SOB wasn't moving, not even a little.
Well... as it turns out... I have one of those fancy master lock receiver pin locks... it has a sleeve to "up size" the diameter of the pin... the pin came out but the sleeve stayed in... pushed the sleeve out and BINGO problem solved. Good thing I noticed it before I hauled out the torch. 2funny

Ha ha...I wasn't so lucky. Even a torch, a come-along and a very solid post didn't help. The thing was rusted solid, indeed  Lips Sealed . Ended up bending the thing and selling it for $3.50 as scrap and buying a new one... Roll Eyes  tickedoff  Grin.

Lesson learned  uglystupid2. Never leave those things in and I smeared some Rock'n Roll in there for good measure.

We're both doing well. Wondered how you and the 'Wolf were making out these days...Nicki has indicated that we ought to point the bikes north some time and make a pilgrimage to your neck of the woods.

I'll be sure and pass regards along. Nicki registered on the new forum but I think she's yet to make a post.
