Nothing fancy... She's been feeling kinda left out with the triplets getting all the attention, so I told her we're going for a ride... I secretly phoned the parents of one of her best friends, and they met us at CiCi's (Horrible, but CHEAP Pizza buffet for those unfamiliar with it) about 15 miles away... Gorgeous ride out, cheap but edible food, good company and the best part...

On the ride home, I actually SHIVERED it was so cold! Dang the weather changed FAST around here! Oh well, they're calling for 102 again by Tuesday...

Anyway, no pictures, and no breathtaking story, just wanted to share. The impromptu ride made my older daughter's day, and it doesn't hurt that it excused me from changing at least a FEW diapers on the triplets too! Wink

Ride on ya'll...

I'm waiting for those priceless rides.  My granddaughter is almost ready to get on, I got her a helmet, If I could get a pink leather jacket in her size it would be the breaking point !!!!

we only have 4 CiCi's left between Dayton and Columbus Ohio, A lot of them closed up. Of course I know where a unlimited buffet is, never horrible, I've paid 10 times as much for a worse meal.

Serk,
That's a great story!   cooldude  Made your little girls day and I'm sure she's smiling from ear to ear.  Good for both of you.  As to the diaper thing, I'm sure there will be more than ample opportunity in your immediate  future.    Now, all you have to do is figure out how to get the triplets on board when the next little one(s) come along and they have the same left out feelings.  That's gotta require some pics.   Wink

You always seem to key your eyes on the important stuff. Thanks for sharing such a sweet moment. All I can say is "Good on ya." (apologies to the phrase police) Grin

blackrams - If any more little ones come along, a certain surgeon's gonna have some 'splaining to do! Wink

Okay, so I didn't take any pics last night, but proud daddy just can't resist posting a few recent pics anyway...

My oldest daughter Kali (Who, the regulars at HotGlue's BBQ have gotten to watch her grow up from an infant to the young lady she's becoming now...)

It might not be a motorcycle, but in some ways she's a FAR more skilled (And braver!!!) rider than I am!

And the reason she's NOT been getting as much attention as she's used to lately... Goes for 8 years as an only child, and then BAM, three siblings at once...

Thanks for the kind words ya'll! I'm getting in all the time with her I can before spending time with daddy becomes uncool; I know that's coming eventually, and it'll break my heart when it does...

That becoming uncool with daddy will hit right about 12 to 14.    That is when all of my girls quit going with dad.     Their excuse to mom was boys...   The girls wouldn't admit that to dad.

Last time my youngest son rode bitch he was in his late 30's, we were in Daytona for Bike Week and his motor he had a reservation for, didn't come through.    He was PO'ed at 1st, then liked it cause dad would let him take the Valkyrie a few evenings, while dad stayed back and hit the HOT TUBE.   I found out later he taught a few HD's a lesson to not play with a Valkyrie  cause ya'll is a  going to get ur butt kicked.

Those are some great pics.  Thanks for sharing.   cooldude  Though I doubt I need to warn ya but, when that time comes that she'd rather not be seen with Dad, she'd rather be seeing the boys.  I'm sorry but, we both know that means trouble.  They aren't any different than you or I at that age.

I'll never forget my daughters first date.  I sat there cleaning my shotgun when he came to pick her up..........................................
