Why would anyone shave a cow like that?

Broussard, Louisiana

If somebody was wanting to ride from Tennessee and wind up at Skyline Drive over in Virginia - let's say Staunton, Virginia and wanted to ride West Virginia and meet you and your mom (for lunch or something), what would be a good route to take - to you?

Just out of curosity - ain't never been to West Virginia and don't know any of the roads - what would be a good ride to you?  Let's say a one day ride....from Tennessee to Virginia.

Figured I may as well ask an expert here - cause all the roads look good to me.....When you zoom in on West Virginia - all of em go left and right a lot.

Thanks Little Brother!!!!!!

Don't know which part of West Virginia you are in - but would it be better to catch W.V. on the way back from up north?  Let's say from Penns back down to Tennessee.  Your call brother..... What would be the best RIDE through West Virginia?

Hey Strider, We all live in Western WV where WV, KY and OH meet along the Ohio River. It might be best to stay south on the way to Skyline Dr. and get us on the way home.  Take I-79 South out of PA and go on to I-64 West to Huntington, which is where Rhonda and Noah and I live. From Huntington, across the Big Sandy River and South on US 23 to Kingsport VA and West on I-81 towards Knoxville. I-79 is a great ride, even if it is an Interstate, big mountains, even pretty twisty for a four lane. I could ride up that way and meet you and ride in with you. Would be great to see you again and I know Rhonda and Noah will be looking forward to it as well. I will send my phone number to you in an e-mail and you can call me and we can work it out.

I think I should have no other mortal wants, if I could always have plenty of music. It seems to infuse strength into my limbs and ideas into my brain. Life seems to go on without effort, when I am filled with music.

But, let me know when you plan to be passing through VA.

I'll be glad to hook up and ride with you.

And you're correct all of the roads in WV are a good choice.

Hey Strider...let me know when you might be coming through western PA.  I'm in Canonsburg...I can see I-79 from my office and live only a couple miles from I-70 near Washington, PA where I-70 and I-79 cross.  Depending on the day and time, maybe we could meet up for lunch/dinner or something and ride with you for a leg of your trip.
