A perfect riding day in the mountains around Asheville.

Humidity levels in the 30's, high of 80 or so degrees. Light jacket in the morning, T shirt from 10:30am on.

Riding back roads out of Asheville, to Madison County. Coming down from the mountains into the town of Marshall, greeted by the stately old courthouse with its white pillars.

Friendly folks talking about the Fat Girl, and how pretty she looked.

Asked me if she was powerful, to which I replied, "She pulls like a freight train!"

Headed back to Asheville along the French Broad river

A leisurely 100 mile day that couldn't have been any better!  2funny
