Okay,, so I've done a search on 'exhaust gaskets' and I still haven't determined if the OEM copper or the fiber are the best choice.
Opinions please and if possible, the Honda Line part number.

This is what I found at HDL using a 98 Tourer for the bike.
09 GASKET, EX. PIPE 18291-MN5-650 006 $2.50 $2.50
The gaskets in my bike are the original so I can't comment on which is the best gasket.

I've used both kinds, and know people who like both kinds... I like the copper ones (OEM)...

There have been a few positive comments about the aftermarket fiber type gaskets in past threads.
I've a set of the green one's on hand for use the next time I need to change them, but I really do like the stock copper ring type gaskets and have had no problems with them at all.

I like the green fiber. Only cause thats what I changed mine to. I notice I dont have to check header bolts as often as I did before.

No grease or other sticky stuff needed. Squeeze them slightly oval with Channel-Lock pliars and the friction of the well holds them during pipe install.
