I like the Russell Mitchel (Exile) style bikes.
All brushed metal and satin black; sort of a post apocalyptic, neo-industrial look, bare bones and sinister.

I have found a low mileage, crashed Valk at a unbelievably cheap price. Sealed the deal last night and will pick it up next week (extremely busy with the "MRF Meeting of the Minds" until Sunday). I'm so excited that I'm almost distracted from my duties at hand.

I will have a ton of parts for sale/trade in the classifieds soon.

Just another winter project,...wrench therapy. YAHOO!

MOMZ, If you have a set of hard bags and mounts, please let me know as I am looking for a set for my standard. If my old peoples check will streach that far, I am interested. Also let me know about the seat.

I may need to get some standard/touer parts (wiring harness, driver seat, radiator sides, etc.) and am willing to trade for my bikes I/S parts (radiator pods, I/S harnes, seat, tank. etc.)

I'm looking to trade/sell parts to keep costs reasonable as if I want to sell this bike eventually I would need to  be somewhat ahead. I say ahead because I'm sure the average Valk buyer may have a limited view of my vision of that bike.

Oh buy the way, comments are welcome, both in favor or not.

KOOL LINK Stude

Everyone has to have a vision of that "certain something". I have seen some of your work a I believe you should/could share your modifications/adaptations. I  know that you are a "thinker that is a tinker" and your exhaust system is truely a work of art and I love that "sound that stirs the soul". I like to see your revised backrest/carrier when it is finished.

To all VRCC members: please post your "improvements and custom touches. With Autumn/Winter cold weather we need to see and hear about your "down time" projects. And an explaination of why or how thse things are happening.

Thank you all

Not going to happen now,...bike was not what I had expected.
Too many missing parts to start a project and not enough money left to even start.

DAMN it all!
