So here's the thing; I'm considering selling my Corbin seat set and matching American Eagle Leatherworks saddlebags with mounts to finance the Tsukayu bags I want. My questions are: roughly how much can I expect to get and should I sell them as a set or separately (seat set and bags). They're all about the same age as the bike but in petty good shape (I kept the leather well conditioned). The pilot seat could use a recovering and the anchor point for the slide in back rest (which I also have) is a little loose but other than that they're good.

Closer look at the bags...

As a package..... probably a 500.00 starting price.  Obviously only a person with a RED/White or RED/Black Valkyrie standard would be looking to get those.... so that would very well impact sales as well.    And how quick you want to sell them might also impact your price.

Bottom line is they are only worth what someone is willing to pay for them, and you just need to find the right person.....

That's about what I was figuring.

But IF I were to sell them do you think selling them separately or as a set would be the way to go?

I also think they'd add a little pop to an all-black Valk, but that's just me. But you're right, the colors limit the combinations it will work with.

I forgot about an all Black Valk... those would add a tint to one.  If you are anxious to get something out of them sooner than later, you would increase your odds of selling if you provided them for sale as a package at one price and also individually at a slightly higher price (and if I were you I would price the individual units slightly higher to encourage a package deal).  Example  300 for the bags, 300 for the seat and a package deal for $500.00     JMO....

Dude? Just sell the whole bike. I didn't realize you were that short! Heck, you look like a girl, in fact. Sure, an adorable little munchkin, but a girl nonetheless. How do you reach the pegs, anyway?

As usual the thread goes down hill fast and I laughed out loud. Badly needed today, THANKS.
I'm in the 300 each and 500 combined camp. Good luck with the sale.

what do those items cost new?  that's always a good point of reference to have when trying to re-sell something.
