Check in at 6:00 in the AM. About hour and a half ride over there. For today though:  Sparkling! Oh yumm. That makes all the difference. NOT!  Boy, you just know you're gonna LOVE using something with this on the instructions. |

Here is some good advice. 1) When you drink the magnesium citrate, pinch your nose shut and drink it all at once. Do not take a breath before you have it down. 2) Be IN the bathroom when you do this.  |

Yup, prepping is a real blast....literally! My dr. about lost it when I called him Capt. Kirk, he knew immediately what I meant. My wife on the other hand said they'd have to come looking for her...never again.  |

follow the drink with a seven up immediately. helps wash the taste out. usually takes about 30 min to work. should last about 1--1 1/2 hrs to complete.  good luck |
