I lucked out, and got IS bags with mounts, chrome bug shields, AND the guards for $325 shipped! It WAS my lucky day also! LOL

Yeah, I remember about you telling me, of YOUR luck - if I recall, it just kept getting better and better, when you finally got them, didn't it? I mean, there were unexpected items in the box?
I think I was lucky, just FINDING some! They were "buy it now" on flea-bay, with just a view or two, when I saw them. They are from a cycle salvage, and they wrote on the auction:
We are not sure if this is a genuine Hondaline accessory or if it an aftermarket part. It MIGHT have a part number of HL-08P52-MZ0-100. We do not know what years or submodels of Valkyries this part will fit.
Was pretty sure the Hondaline's had the white plastic plugs, so took a chance. I paid about 1/3 what I have seen them go for. Actually, less than I've seen people pay for the aftermarket ones on the 'bay.
Just have to decide what to do, what to do...
