Wow. That sucks.    Not that I was planing on going to Commifornia, but definitly not now.
They already have to have the gun unloaded to carry.

Apparently they would rather be shot and robbed by some drugged out illegal immigrant  gang banger and self appointed 3 time felon . In fact, it wouldn't surprise me if California has a program to train and screen felons to improve their ability to shoot and rob.
