I got one of the MS fairing or batwing a little more than a year ago.
The fairing and windshield have been top notch and bulletproof.
Not a mark on either.

The mounts, on the other hand, are more suspect. When I first opened the box, and saw the mounting hardware, it just looked somewhat flimsy for the job. Now I'll add, I ride my 800 lb. valk like it is a motocross bike. It takes a real beating. Not too surprised that
this mounting method broke in one place. Time to report the finding.

This is the broken clamp. It snapped in the weakest spot, at the slide adjuster.

This is what the two on the right side should look like.

This is the left side with the upper clamp broken. It's the upper one that appears to get all the pressure.

The good news here is that MS owned up to this, and sent me a free replacement, and free shipping, apparently a life time warranty.

The not-so-good part is that it took 2 1/2 weeks to get the 'first' replacement to me, and it was the wrong P/N. So, tried a second time, and another 2 1/2 weeks wait, the proper one arrived today.

The wait has to do with getting into Canada, always a mess.

If you've got a MS batwing, watch your clamps. Mine came apart while home in the driveway, wouldn't want this to happen out on the road.

Hey, I'm not trashing MS, I like the product, and the way it all works, just reporting my finding.

A guy called me a Ba$tard, I said in my case it's an accident
of birth, in your case you're a self made man.
