Does anyone have suggestions regarding what kind of 12 V gasoline pump I could use/buy to remove gas from my Valk? She has a full tanks of gas that has been in there over one year and my back doesn't like lifting that amount of weight.

4' piece of hose is pretty cheap. just siphon it.

Just use an electric car fuel pump from a salvage yard and hook it up to a 12v battery and pump it out

Go to walmart and get a outboard fuel line/pump that is what I use, the squeeze bulb starts the flow, then it will siphon the fuel.

This one looks like it might fill the bill http://www.amazon.com/Mr-Gasket-12S-Micro-Electric/dp/B000BWCERY (just google 12v gasoline pump and you'll be set for hours  Wink )

Thanks for the replies. I found an old 12v fuel pump that I used on one of my cars years ago. Hooked it up to a 12v power supply and it worked perfectly. Drained all of the gas within a few minutes. Gonna go out and get some fresh gas and start riding now that the cool weather is here.

autozone has a cheap hand operated pump, works great for this.
