A 49 yr old biker was killed this morning about 7:30 am on the road (146 between Dayton and Mont Belveiu) I had traveled earlier this morning arround 5am. A ford F-350 pulled out on highway 146 in front of the bike from a farm to market road and the bike T-bone the drivers side. I don't why no charges were filed.
So far no charges have been fine against the truck driver. He said fog was part of the problem. I know when I went thru there earlier this morning there wasn't any fog at all.
This highway intersection is 8 miles from a town in either direction. I don't understand how wrecks like this happen. The highway is 4 lane with a center turn lane and straight as an arrow.
