A snake big enough to eat an adult deer! I would have to replace the .357 in the saddle bag with the .500 if lived down there.......Holy Cow

That is crazy. Glad it wasnt big enough to eat an adult indiana deer. Our deer get to be twice that size even up to and over 200 lbs. That is still impressive that florida can grow snakes that big. Im with you, if i lived there id be packing my .500 around everywhere. Or a sawed off shot gun. Any snake over a foot long is too big.

And to think my daughter went camping on platforms in the Everglades a few years back. Glad I didn't know that then. Shocked
