Very unique bike.
One thing I don't get is the mis-matched size between the front tire and fender.
Looks like the guy had a too big of fender and too small of tire laying around and just slapped them on the bike. Rear looks better.
Nothing I'd do but, you know, to each his own!
Part of that is the angle of the shot. The other part is that, on the springers, the fender is attached to the stationary legs so there has to be room for the movement of the tire on the sprung arms. A lot of modern forks have the fender on the same mounting as the wheel so the clearance stays the same.
