Progressive 430's

Now that the bike is put away for the winter I am thinking of upgrading the shocks.
2000 standard with stock shocks. I have been looking at the progressive 430's. I can't seem to find any 13" listed anywhere but on progressive's website. I have found 12.5" in alot of different places. Is there a reason they are not listing the 13" ?
Has anyone had experience with the 430's ? I ride 2up all the time.

Ive had 11.5 430's on my Standard for about 2 years now. I love them. No complaints at all. I do not ride two up very often. I have had my bike loaded up with bags, tail pack, etc and have never bottomed out, plus they are a really nice looking shock.
